By confirming a Voya Tours Egypt itinerary you accept these terms. Your signed proposal and invoice form part of the agreement.

Services

We provide destination management services as described in your confirmed programme. Optional extras not listed on the invoice are not included unless added in writing by our desk.

Liability

We carry operator liability appropriate to Egyptian law. Guests remain responsible for personal belongings, visa compliance, and fitness for activities such as diving or desert trekking.

Force majeure

Events beyond reasonable control - civil disruption, extreme weather, public health measures - may require itinerary changes. We offer rerouting or credit where suppliers permit.

Disputes

Governing law is the Arab Republic of Egypt. Good-faith resolution through our Cairo management team is the first step before formal proceedings.
